Our trailer cabin is a 2450mm x 5100mm cabin built at our East Bendigo factory and mounted on a purpose-built tandem trailer with brakes, fully registered with VicRoads. Tow it to site behind a suitable vehicle, level it, plug it in, and it's ready to use. People run them as home offices, guest rooms, farm offices, studios, and site accommodation.

Because it sits on a registered trailer, it isn't fixed to your block. If your situation changes you can hitch up and take it with you, with no crane and no special transport to organise.

It arrives fully fitted. The insulated panels, double-glazed windows, air conditioning, lighting, power, flooring, and blinds are all in and working when it lands, so there's nothing to finish off on site.

How it's built and finished

The 75mm panels and double-glazed windows hold the temperature steadily, so the cabin stays cooler through summer and warmer through winter without the air conditioner working overtime. The electrical wiring is concealed and run to a caravan-style plug, so connecting power on site is straightforward. Inside you get vinyl flooring throughout, block-out blinds and curtains on the window, and a hard-wired smoke detector.

The 2-4 day pickup estimate shown at checkout is for our in-stock items like windows and EPS panels, not cabins. Every cabin is built to order at our East Bendigo factory, so a 50% deposit secures your build slot and current lead times vary with demand.
